Day #1:

My how they’ve grown! That big bare spot is actually 4 squash seedlings that will fill the space soonish.

Garden Part II

18 May

The lettuce, spinach, and my tomato plant are all doing really well, but my rosemary never took root. I think the seeds were too close to the surface, or are just too damn hard to grow. I think my next step is to take over the empty rosemary space and replace it with the lettuce and spinach, but properly placed instead of all clumped together. I would like to get some plumbers piping and make a sort of netted tent to protect it from ze bugz.

And my hydrangea plant that I’ve had for about 2 years is blossoming again! It’s growing really healthy and in the Spring it usually likes to put on a show for me in pretty pink.

Tangerine Tree Photography…

…our wedding photographer as of Monday. Hooray! The picture will take you to the TT Photography blog, and it’s worth the trip.  I can’t really even explain how small of a world it is that I should ever have gotten the pleasure of meeting Sheri (the face behind the lens), but it’s good to know that magical things still happen. She and her husband Erik do this photography together, which makes them even more ideal for the kind of vibe I want to create on our wedding day.  They really do LOVE love, and they certainly love each other and their family, and it comes out in their photos. Double Hooray!
